Processing Time
Shipping Policy
We aim to process all orders within 48 hours from time of confirmation. We cannot ship orders on weekends or public holidays, however if your order is local we can deliver for free on request.
If there is going to be a delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
For custom/large corporate orders, please specify when you would like your order for, or alternatively we will be in contact regarding delivery timeframe.
Once items are shipped, your order will be updated with the tracking number for your reference. The tracking number can take up to 24hrs to be active.
If your order is being delivered, we will contact you via your preferred method to arrange delivery.
Return Policy
Due to the perishable nature of the products used in the Hampers, we are unable to offer returns. However if there is an issue with a damaged or faulty product, please contact us.

Haus of Hampers provides curated gift hampers featuring local and Food Bowl produce, gourmet foods, and specialty items. We offer both ready-made and custom hampers for personal and corporate gifting. While we take care to source quality products, availability of individual items may vary due to seasonal supply.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not meet this requirement, particularly where products containing alcohol are involved.
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and design — is the property of Haus of Hampers and is protected by Australian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.
Orders can be placed through our website or by contacting us directly. Once an order is confirmed and payment is received, we will begin processing it. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (for example, due to stock unavailability or pricing errors). You will be notified if this occurs and will receive a full refund where applicable.
All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept the payment methods displayed on our website. Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully received.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Haus of Hampers excludes all liability for any loss, damage, or expense arising from the use of our website or the purchase of our products, except where such liability cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. We are not responsible for delays or failure to deliver caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including postal delays, extreme weather, or supplier issues).
